20 times !!!

Just now~!? o.o
Something happened which made me surprised

I was trying to relax my waist muscles by stretching my body joints
I usually do it for 3~4 times
but I just did it for 20 times!!
Isn’t it crazy!?

My joints made so much noises that I laughed (lol)
Ahahahaha~ (*´艸`) ♥

Ah.
Some people said that it’s not good to stretch the waist part
but I heard that it’s alright!!
It do make a noise when the joints are stiff (´∀`)
If it doesn’t make any noise
It means that your waist joints are really stiff!!

I heard it from a massage therapist ^_^
