In the middle of a pregnancy now isn’t it.
Since it’s such an important matter,please do eat lots of JAS Organic vegetables.You can make the dressing yourself.I’ll write the recipe for it here.
Is it ok if you add some parsley inside your omelette?
This is a serious matter for a pregnant woman!

TV Programmes I like … actually I watch just about anything.
Or perhaps I should say … I just like watching television programmes!Even news.
I’m surprisingly clever right?
My favorite show is Crayon-Shinchan!I’ll always record it when it broadcasts every week.And furthermore,the image quality is excellent too.
Also,I’m deeply moved by the “Anbiribabo” series.I’ll have those kind of undying fighting spirit now!!In any case,it makes me cry.And after that,I’ll tell the entire episode synopsis to my sister!

The correct way to eat fruits

It’s best to eat fruits raw when your stomach is empty!
That’s why it’s good to consume some fruits first thing in the morning.

Try to avoid eating any fruits after a meal!

The reason for this is because when you eat a fruit on an empty stomach,it takes about 30 mins for it to be digested.
Any food inside the stomach will halt the movement of the fruits,causing it to stop and eventually making it go bad.
So any effects that’s supposedly comes with the fruit will be voided then.

Also,when you are going out in the morning,
you can drink some fruit juice instead if you don’t have time to eat fruits.

If you are really really busy,just do the best to your abilities!

The fruit I ate today is strawberry!

This strawberry is Niigata’s “Echigo Strawberry”!
It’s really sweet and delicious!
